Herrick Johnson, Senior Vice President
CAREER SUMMARY
Herrick has been a resident of the Inland Empire since 1980. Since entering the industrial real estate industry in 1986, his market concentration has been and is still focused on the communities located in the East Valley of the Inland Empire. Herrick has also completed transactions in other markets, as his clients require. Herrick is consistently one of the top industrial agents in the Riverside office becoming a Shareholder/Vice President in the fall of 1995 and a Senior Vice President in 1999. Herrick was the number one performer for the company from 2002 through 2006. An achievement still unsurpassed. In 2002 Herrick was Lee & Associates – Riverside/Temecula’s first million-dollar sales agent, a performance standard that Herrick surpassed in 2003, 2004, 2005, and the first and only producer over two-million-dollars in 2006.
Herrick continues to be a leader within the organization and one of the top industrial agents year in and year out in the company. Herrick strives to be an industry leader within his firm representing companies, owners, lenders, buyers, developers, investors and tenants for: the sale and leasing of industrial buildings, the sale of vacant land, and the sale of commercial and industrial leased investments.

Alex Smith, Vice President
CAREER SUMMARY
Alex joined the Lee & Associates Downtown Riverside Office in June 2019 as an associate for Herrick Johnson, a perennial top producer in the Inland Empire for the last 30+ years. Alex has developed relationships with area building owners, tenants, investors, developers as well as vendors who serve the commercial real estate community throughout the Inland Empire. These relationships have provided Alex with the tools to be a “full-service broker” who can bring significant value to his clients in any type of transaction.
Alex focuses on the San Bernardino/Redlands submarket as well as the Ontario/Rancho Cucamonga submarket. His prior years of experience in the Real Estate industry have helped him become an effective negotiator to help get his clients the best deal possible. Whether looking to lease, sell, or purchase, Alex and his team have the knowledge and experience to help any client make smart, informed decisions on any transaction.
